Get to know Cassandra J. Swanson, Esq.

Our EPC estate planning attorney, Cassandra J. Swanson, has been licensed to practice law in Missouri since 1999 and Illinois since 2000.

In 1993, Cass graduated from the University of Iowa with honors, and while there, she studied abroad in San Sebastian, Spain, and went on to attend Southern Illinois University School of Law, where she graduated cum laude in 1999.

She has years of legal experience both as a former employment law litigator and as an estate planning attorney.

Cass will work closely with you with a caring and compassionate approach to understand your unique situation in order to create a customized estate plan that accurately reflects your unique wishes and goals. She focuses exclusively on estate planning - this is all that she does!

Cass was trained in the area of estate planning by a nationally recognized St. Louis law firm. Over the years, she has helped hundreds of individuals, families, and young adults in the St. Louis area with their wills, trusts, and individualized estate planning needs.

When Cass is not working with clients, she enjoys spending time with her fiancé, Joel, her two (2) teenage sons, Jack and Ian, and her fiancé's three (3) teenage daughters, Taylor, Carly, and Trista, and their family Chihuahua, Lilly.
