Comprehensive Estate Planning ~ Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney, HIPAA, and Deeds
Comprehensive Estate Planning ~ Trusts, Wills, Powers of Attorney, HIPAA, and Deeds
Everyone needs an estate plan and it is never too late to get started. Estate planning is one of the easiest things to put off, but one of the most important things to have in place. Get peace of mind for you and your loved ones!
The initial consultation is free and is a simple conversation where our estate planning attorney, Cassandra Swanson, gets to know you, your wishes, and your estate planning goals. She will listen, and only then will she offer legal advice.
This conversation may take up to two (2) hours depending on the complexity of your plan and/or your unique family situation. You do not need to prepare or bring anything to get started.
During the initial consultation, Cass will take the time to get to know you on a personal level and understand your wishes and estate planning goals by telephone, virtually, or in the comfort of your own home, business office, financial advisor's office, at our law office conveniently located in beautiful Creve Coeur, Missouri, or at a location that is comfortable and convenient for you. This is what sets us apart!
Our concierge service includes evening and weekend appointments at no additional cost!
We will explain all of these essential estate planning documents and how they work together to protect you and your loved ones at your initial consultation.
Please indicate how and where you would like to meet in the "Message" section of the "Contact Us" form on this website.
You may also call our office at (314) 626-4500 or send an email to our estate planning attorney, Cass Swanson, at cass@estateplanningconcierge.com.
We look forward to speaking with you!
A well-drafted, comprehensive estate plan is the greatest gift that you can give not only to yourself but to your loved ones.
If you only have a few assets and no children, the Will Package may be right for you.
If you have children and significant assets, and/or you wish to avoid an expensive and lengthy probate process, the Trust Package is right for you.
If you are a young adult (18 years old or older), have no children, and have little or no assets, then the Young Adult Package is right for you.
At EPC, our estate planning attorney will take the time to get to know you, understand what assets you own, and explain the difference between wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents, how they work together to protect you during your lifetime and how they will implement the transfer of your assets upon your death so that you are able to determine which package is best for you.
For most individuals and/or families, a comprehensive estate plan includes a Will or a Pour-Over Will and Revocable Living Trust, Healthcare Directive (Living Will), Medical Power of Attorney, HIPAA/FERPA Release, Durable/Financial Power of Attorney, and a Beneficiary Deed and/or Special Warranty Deed depending on the package that is best suited for your unique situation.
The estate plan that you choose is up to you! We will custom draft an estate plan specifically tailored to meet your unique situation, wishes, and goals!
We look forward to working closely with you to develop a comprehensive estate plan that is custom drafted just for you!
Whether you are just exploring the estate planning process for the very first time or you need to update an outdated will or trust-based estate plan, spending time with our estate planning attorney, Cassandra J. Swanson, is the perfect place to begin!
