Cassandra J. Swanson, Estate Planning Attorney and
Founding Member of Estate Planning Concierge, LLC

Estate Planning Concierge, LLC ("EPC") is a boutique, concierge estate planning law firm serving the Metro St. Louis area (both Missouri and Illinois) and was founded by St. Louis estate planning attorney Cassandra Swanson.

Our fees are fixed -- there are no surprises. Estate planning is all that we do!

Most do not realize that every adult needs an estate plan, no matter how large or small your estate is. The estate plan that we will create for you will be custom drafted to reflect your unique situation to protect you during your lifetime and your vision for asset distribution upon your passing. Whether you have an outdated estate plan in place or you have nothing at all, we are here to help and look forward to explaining the process and working closely with you to achieve your desired estate planning goals.

A comprehensive estate plan typically includes a Will or a Pour-Over Will and Revocable Living Trust, Healthcare Directive (Living Will), Medical Power of Attorney, HIPAA Release, Durable/Financial Power of Attorney, and a Beneficiary Deed or Special Warranty Deed depending on the package that is best suited for your unique situation. We will explain all of these documents, why they are needed, and how they work together to protect both you and your loved ones during your initial consultation.

Our experienced and knowledgeable estate planning attorney is understanding, caring, and compassionate, and we have flexible hours to meet your needs.  We offer estate planning concierge services, including evening and weekend appointments, at the same affordable rates as other St. Louis estate planning law firms.

Our personalized concierge service ensures that the estate planning process will be convenient and easy for you, you'll always know the fees upfront, and you will always receive a comprehensive, custom-drafted estate plan specifically designed just for you.

We offer comprehensive, flat-fee Will Packages and Trust Packages for both individuals and couples. And we also offer Young Adult Packages for individuals who are 18 years old or older. As soon as your child or loved one turns 18 years old, they, too, need an estate plan, even if they have little or no assets.

As you know, life is precious. Do not wait until it is too late to get an estate plan in place or update your out-of-date estate plan that you created many years ago. The laws continually change, and you want to have the most up-to-date provisions to protect you and your family. EPC recommends that you have an estate planning attorney review your current estate plan every 3-5 years to make sure that it reflects your wishes and goals.

At EPC, we will review your current estate planning documents for free and explain what you currently have in place. If you choose to update your plan, we are here to help. If your current plan accurately reflects your estate planning vision, you will have peace of mind knowing that everything is in place at no charge.

Your legacy, your way. Get peace of mind for you and your loved ones today!

Get Started Today

Everyone needs an estate plan, and it is never too late to get started. Estate planning is one of the easiest things to put off but one of the most important things to have in place. Get peace of mind for you and your loved ones!

The initial consultation is free and is a simple conversation where our estate planning attorney gets to know you, your wishes, and your estate planning goals. She will listen, and only then will she offer legal advice.

This conversation may take up to two (2) hours, depending on the complexity of your plan and your unique family situation. You do not need to prepare or bring anything to get started.

During the initial consultation, Cass will take the time to get to know you on a personal level and understand your wishes and estate planning goals by telephone, virtually, or in the comfort of your own home, business office, financial advisor's office, at our law office conveniently located in beautiful Town & Country, Missouri, or at a location that is comfortable and convenient for you. This is what sets us apart!

Our concierge service includes evening and weekend appointments at no additional cost!

We will explain all of these essential estate planning documents and how they work together to protect you and your loved ones at your initial consultation.

Plan Now To Protect Your Legacy, Yourself, and Your Loved Ones in the Future

A well-drafted, comprehensive estate plan is the greatest gift that you can give not only to yourself but to your loved ones.

If you only have a few assets and no children, the Will Package may be right for you.

If you have children and significant assets or you wish to avoid an expensive and lengthy probate process, the Trust Package is right for you.

If you are a young adult (18 years old or older), have no children, and have little or no assets, then the Young Adult Package is right for you.

At EPC, our estate planning attorney will take the time to get to know you, understand what assets you own, and explain the difference between wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents, how they work together to protect you during your lifetime and how they will implement the transfer of your assets upon your death so that you are able to determine which package is best for you.

For most individuals and families, a comprehensive estate plan includes a Will or a Pour-Over Will and Revocable Living Trust, Healthcare Directive (Living Will), Medical Power of Attorney, HIPAA/FERPA Release, Durable/Financial Power of Attorney, and a Beneficiary Deed or Special Warranty Deed depending on the package that is best suited for your unique situation.

The estate plan that you choose is up to you! We will custom-draft an estate plan specifically tailored to meet your unique situation, wishes, and goals!

We look forward to working closely with you to develop a comprehensive estate plan that is custom drafted just for you!
